Tell your sins to each other. And pray for each other so you may be healed. The prayer from the heart of a man right with God has much power. - James 5:16
At Bailey we put a lot of value on prayer. We believe that God hears our prayers and that prayer is a powerful tool in the life of the believer.

Weekly Prayer - 3/1/2026:

Pray first, pray continually
Mighty and Everlasting God,
We have girded our waists with truth and raised the shield of faith. We have secured the breastplate, set the helmet upon our heads, we have drawn the sword of the Spirit from its sheath and our feet are fitted with readiness and now, Lord, we ask for strength to finish strong, not in emotions or comfort, but strong in You.
When the weariness whispers, battles linger or when prayers seem delayed, steady our hearts, let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Guide us to not lay down our armor or retreat from the field. Teach us perseverance, Lord.
The kind that presses on when unseen.
The kind that worships before the breakthrough.
The kind that prays when answers are delayed.
Strengthen our knees, lift our heads and anchor our hope in You. For those who wait upon You shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like an eagle.
So let us rise, Lord, clothed not only with armor but with endurance and not just for a battle but for completion. Teach us to stand firm, to pray without ceasing, to be watchful and alert. When the final trumpet sounds, may we be found standing.
Faithful.
Armored.
Unshaken.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen
