Tell your sins to each other. And pray for each other so you may be healed. The prayer from the heart of a man right with God has much power. - James 5:16
At Bailey we put a lot of value on prayer. We believe that God hears our prayers and that prayer is a powerful tool in the life of the believer.
Weekly Prayer - 7/13/25:
Pray first, pray continually
Lord God,
You are the voice in silence, the fire in stillness. As You once called Barnabas and Saul, call us now. Awaken us to the mission before us, to the people waiting, the places yearning, the lives ready for Your light.
Holy Spirit, set us apart, not for ease, but for purpose. Make us willing to go where You send us, to speak when itβs risky, to love when it costs, to trust when the road is veiled.
Let our prayers be bold.
Let our worship ignite motion.
Let our fasting spark revelation.
Form us into a people who listen deep, obey swiftly, and move with power.

Just as Antioch laid hands and let go, teach us to release control and receive courage. Let us carry the good news, not only in speech, but in Spirit, not only in doctrine, but in demonstration.
Send us, Lord,
to cities and coastlands,
to villages and valleys,
to neighbors and nations,
to the overlooked and the overburdened.

to the overlooked and the overburdened.
We are Yours.
Consecrated.
Commissioned.
On mission.
On the move.

Amen.
